Eat: Watermelons, cranberries, raspberries, red apples, red cherries, red plums, strawberries, tomatoes.
Green fruits are the most vital of all fruits and must be included in most meals, say scientists. They contain chemicals that protect one against bacteria, thus reducing the risks of food poisoning and tumors. They are recommended for a healthy heart, low blood pressure and soothing the nerves.
Eat: Starfruit, avocados, green grapes, kiwi fruit, limes.
Orange fruits are rich in beta-carotene. It is seen by color therapists as the color of creation and is linked to mind and ideas.
Eat: jackfruit, mangoes, apricots, oranges, nectarines
